Best inspection services and I've tried them all. Quality, safety first and willing to explain outcomes to customers sets them apart. Had a pre purchase inspection with top photos to explain issues found. Dealer fixed all and gave a discount. Thank you VINZ.

This is the second time I used their service for my WOF. I went early on Saturday and the WOF took only around 20mins. The staffs are friendly and their office waiting area provides free coffee and magazines.

Terrible to deal with from start to finish. Everything from not checking their emails for documents we had sent them, to vinning the vehicle as petrol when it's a diesel. Avoid at all costs!

Friendly very helpful staff. Quick service. This was during Covid19 alert level 3 - with full precautions. They were able to help when other sites couldn't.

Worst ever experience. I booked and paid in advance for a pre purchase inspection. It was Friday and I went there on my lunch break. The guy who does the inspection told me that they do not do the inspection of hybrid. I provided all the details of the car when I booked the inspection so they should have called earlier and informed me. I can not even find this hybrid thing on their website (screenshot attached). I had to cancel my meetings and arrange the new inspection on spot. All my afternoon was wasted. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend them to anyone. They have refunded only 75% of amount paid.

Worst ever experience ever. I booked and pay in advance a pre purchase inspection for a Saturday 10am. The person who does the job wasn't there. My partner was wainting for 1 hour to find out they were incapable to do the inspection. I called later and the guy was super rude, he hang up the phone when I was asking for a refund. This is not having respect for others people time. If the person who does the job is sick, you call the clients and re book or offer refund. Simple!
