I have been training with Max at Vision Ponsonby for a year now. Results have been fantastic, best shape I've been in for 20 years. The secret of Vision Ponsonby is a great team of trainers who are personally invested in your success, combined with a proven system. I have a number of injuries (knee, lower back, shoulder) which have held me back in the past. Max has worked with me over the past 12 months to get me to the point where these injuries are no longer an issue. Highly recommend!
