Poor overworked girl facing onslaught of applicants built up after lockdown, still managed to smile to every one in queue stretching back outside into yard. More staff needed. Re reply from VTNZ Henderson, not a complaint just a comment when requested by Google. Felt sorry for nice young woman being very patient dealing with a dozen clients stacked up and being in sole charge while I presume other staff at lunch. She was doing a splendid job especially with one client with language problems. Deserves a bomus.

I took my taxi for a cof and all the staff were very helpful. I asked the ladies behind the counter a couple of other questions and got all the answers that I needed!!! as I have arthritis in my knees the guy that did my cof actually brought my car round to the front so i didnt have to walk too far!!!! AWESOME SERVICE!!!!!

Johans incompetence will put people's safety at risk. 45 minute's for a wof check failed on thing's that where fine and missed things that needed attention. Also left my car running the entire time and cost nearly a 1/4 of a tank of fuel. His attitude is even worse
