I booked my restricted driving test here. The whole process was really smooth. The lady at the counter was really polite and helpful. My testing instructor Deepak explained everything clearly and was happy to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this branch to everyone!

It is one of busiest place which offer a service for driving licence applications like license conversion, theory and driving test these services are open from Monday to Saturday but vehicle testing, WOF is open 7 days a week. Very helpful staff. But since is busy usually expect a waiting time.
Great... could do wof, registration, ruc at once. And there was no queue. Service friendly and prompt. Ideal.
Worst experience ever. My car failed its WOF on a cosmetic dent that has been there for four years. Been to the VTNZ near botany or Kingsland other years to get a warrent and never had and issues brought up about the cosmetic dent.... this time my car failed. Straight away took it to a different warrent place and it passed with no issues... I feel it was an unfair assessment and the service provided by VTNZ was not adequate or acceptable. Do not go here!

Came today for a certificate of fitness. Eftpos was down so I had to go to an ATM to get cash out. When I came back they asked if I had smaller notes because they had little change. Of course I didn’t, I just went to the ATM where notes come out in 50 or 100 notes. Was given lots of coins. The person behind the desk didn’t speak English very well and needed me to write down all my details because he kept getting them wrong if I spoke them to him. Line ended up being huge with lots of grumpy people. Overall I’m pretty disappointed with VTNZ Sylvia Park. Update: happened to be in the area on a different occasion and needed to renew license. Stand in line for ages to be told when I get to the desk to sit down and wait to be called.
Somewhat helpful,staff would not help me make an appointment at another VTNZ,so I was abit disappointed,I felt like they didn't really care. They could do better at promoting people to use VTNZ more,because after that I didn't really want to go to their other branch.sorry not sorry.
I visited the VTNZ Sylvia Park on 25/3/2021 for my drivers licence renewal I found the CSR "Reshika" who approached me in professional and politely manner welcome me assist me the form which i have to filled .I found "Reshika"who looked after me thoroughly professional and effecient too. My experience was a breath of fresh air and she do deserve a thorough recommendation.Very good experience without any issue. Supportive and expert staff did the job professionally.
