We had a project some years ago that was not well designed unfortunately .Flat roof with internal guttering and no fall ,butynol guttering,even gutters withing the tile roof line where they did not have to be -i guess for a look but countless unnecessary issues from poor design . Recently had to re model one building and the drawing we were given or the firm held had no record of loading walls or engineering calcs to produce them so had to start from scratch again .Nice guys but just impractical .
