I booked an appointment over the phone a couple days ago and was seen on the same day. I showed up 20mins early and was seen after a 10min wait. Both Dr and nurse were very helpful and patient with me despite my terrible 2 yr old lol

Visits here have been good with nice reception and doctors that take the time to hear you out. Wait times can get long if busy, but if you go in expecting that, then there's no problems.

They try to do their best eventhough they are busy but the indian receptionists are rude and lazy! They tend to speak in their own language and try to make you come another day if it's not urgent. You guys are not doctors and nurses so calm down and learn to respect patient privacy and patient confidentiality.

Called to find out if I could see a doctor as it was my first visit there. Was told to come in by 4:00pm as they stop taking new appointments at 5:00 on. Got there a little after 4:00 and was told I can't see a doctor, but I could go the White cross instead. Not helpful.

Glendene doctor is a caring and is easy to talk to,excellent but they only have one doctor and waiting times can be 2 to4 hours I've had enough and looking to change my health provider
