I’ve never in my life posted a negative review...I preordered a 6 1/2 - 7 foot tree based on a Facebook group recommendation. We picked it up a week ago as planned (St Thomas’s church) and it was set aside for us so we didn’t have a good look at it. I’m originally Canadian and have had a real XMas tree every year of my long life. This is truely the most disappointing “Charlie Brown XMas tree’ I’ve clever seen. So wonky and sparse - for 70 I feel incredibly ripped off. I have photos if anyone would like to see. I will never go to Zach’s again and have learned my lesson- no matter how busy I am I will go and choose my own tree...
Bought my tree from here last year. Top quality service and came to my house after Christmas to take it away. Love it
