Fantastic store with everything you need or want for massage. The tables and really sturdy and all my clients comment on how comfortable they are. The table I got is also portable, and the little trolley to wheel them round looks so professional! I love coming to this shop. Thank you so much.

ZERO STARS FOR RUDE AND AWFUL PEOPLE AT BEAUTYQUIP/AURORA NZ. This company is absolutely awful to deal with when anything goes wrong. I have purchased many things from them over the last few years and have had issues 3 times now with broken or defective items that are unfit for purpose. I won't be buying from them again and advise others not to either. Every time there has been a problem they turned it into a major drama where the refuse to exchange defective goods, and we have had to get in third parties agencies to force them to provide basic consumer rights such as refunds and replacements, as they don't adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act. Like others say on these reviews-they aren't interested in offering any customer support AFTER THE SALE as once they have your money that is it! There are many more good places selling way better quality items for much less than this outfit so I would recommend to go to another outlet who have some customer service skills as these guys are woefully lacking in this area.
Was looking for essential oils that didn't break the bank and remembered I'd bought stuff from these guys years ago on trade me. Glad to see they were still around! Great prices, good products and fast delivery. Have made two purchases already and won't bother looking anywhere else next time I need something!
