I have never left a negative review, but I do feel that my story need to be told About my experience, with this company .Service king ….(?) So I was contacted by them for a free quote to clean my premises I explained that I have someone that already does general cleaning ,and I would need them to do a more thorough clean ,all the corners top to bottom once a month , all the areas we don’t normally get cleaned. I was told that would not be a problem at all. I was given a quote and I signed a contract. On the first day the cleaner came, and he left half way through the job and said “it’s too much work for him and that he was told it would be a quick clean not a thorough clean. And that he was not being paid enough Then I was told by the company that thy would fix it, and send someone ells to finish the job. This Never happened, then thy said that, I never said I wanted a proper clean every time….and thy said, and I quote “Your specific needs are quite different to what our staff is accustomed to.” Specific needs being: clean from top to bottom …….not the floors not the counters …..So???? So it has been a few weeks now and I have found a more provisional company that is willing to do a perfect job every time. And I was not going to leave a review but I have had my own company for 20 years ,and I give great service to my clients. And if I’m not up to scratch, I expect my clients to let me know so I can improve. Too many people accept bad service, and if we don’t speak up it will keep happening I would not recommend service king to anyone
