It was 34 for two bags to be stored for 24 hours. Rates go for 4, 8, or 24 hours. Staff in the evening when I picked up was very friendly.

Disaster. An hour cue to drop off a bag for storage. Staff skipped the cue 4 times to serve other staff members before customers on the cue. Next time just using hotel storage in town. Overpriced and terrible service.

Staff is being racist to us who want the wrapping service done. Doesn't show any professional attitude to customer. Today, 10th June 2017 at international departure counter. He refused to wrap the box, when the other service at domestic terminal with kindly wrap for us. Very disappointed.

My experience of this company was not a good one. I asked them to collect an iPad left at Auckland airport. After three days of hearing nothing I sent another e-mail requesting acknowledgement that they could do the job. I then received two extremely rude e-mails telling me they were too busy to answer my e-mail. He even said that they had collected the iPad but now had returned it to the airport!! I cancelled the job immediately and enlisted another company who collected the iPad the next day.
