Extremely poor communication. I emailed several times to enquire about the price of storing our luggage (I'm always wary when prices are not listed online). After one month of waiting without a reply, I've decided to take our bags with us on our domestic journey.

Pretty convenient to store your luggage. It accepts card, paywave and cash. Is so easy to find just get out of domestic terminal as if you were following the Green arrow to go to international terminal but keep going straight to the carpark. Some lockers are open but not available I think you have to book the large ones in advance because there's only small ones available where only 1 large bag (23kg) can fit. I had to use 2 small ones so I spent 30.

To be honest, it doesn't even worth a star. The machine itself has a problem which don't accept cash, I was trying to put my bag in to see if it fits the one of the locker size, then I tried to pay but rejected by the machine. In a sudden the locker door closed! I called the service number and they said I've to call the maintenance guy. So I did but couldn't reach. I keep dialing the numbers as I'm in rush. But then all got into voicemail. The contact number provided on the locker is not helpful. The person who answered the call tried to avoid my call as I can't reach the maintenance guy. The overall conversation is worst. Finally more than an hour I wasted my time in front of the locker and helpless. When the maintenance guy came, all he did was only blame me and keep questioning me why am I put the luggage in, he insisted me to pay the locker fee even though I'm stuck in the situation and almost miss my flight, which I didn't. He also mentioned of charging a maintenance fee of all the way he came down. I'm not the one who broke your machine. Sounds like a scam? I've never encountered such a terrible service before but on the first day of landing New Zealand. This feedback is for the case happened on 27 Mar 2019 morning hours. 5 star. Is always helpful whenever i travelled to Auckland. I have used this facility many times. Convenient. Only problem it's was hard to find the location first time. Need signage.

Not even worth 1 star!! I did everything according to what the machine asked until it came to paying and it wouldn’t accept cash or credit cards. I called for assistance only to be kept waiting for 1hr30mins for them to answer the phone and this almost cost me my meeting.
