I went in yesterday at 2pm and just wanted to say how impressed I was with the girl and guy working at the time. Never thought I'd review night n day but they deserve credit for being awesome

I arrived particularly hungry and excited to take advantage of the 2 Tuesday pie special. I always buy two pies when I'm hungry. I approached the pie cabinet with vigour in my step and decided I'd go for the classic mince ans cheese as well as a steak and cheese. I was on my way to pay when I heard the guy at the counter make a big fuss about buying two pies. What's this? My modus operandi was flattened by this googly! I was flummoxed. I turned around and put the steak and cheese pie back, brushed away a single tear rolling down my cheek and silently paid for one pie. It was also lukewarm.

Pretty standard Night'N'Day store. Staff OK. Food OK but at Dairy (Night'N'Day) prices. Convenient when traveling through.

Worst customer service witnessed ever!! After the lady ignored a customer and continued to mop the floor, another staff member (who was service me) promoted her to serve the man. She went to the counter didn't say a word, scanned the products and said "12". Such a poor representation of the great hospitality Balclutha can offer. She needs a job outside of the service industry.... And quickly!
