The staff at Ballantynes Fashion Central Wanganui provide great customer service. They often have ordered a specific article from another branch if the size/colour/style you require is unavailable instore. The stock if available after checking on computer, is then ordered and usually a staff member will phone within 3 days to inform that the article has arrived instore. This is very much appreciated, and I would rather shop locally than out of town. Thanks ladies for your ongoing co-operation.
