Absolutely awesome customer service. I purchased a wallet just over 12 months ago. Communication & delivery amazing. In this time for whatever reason the leather has developed faults. I emailed & sent photos but no longer had receipt. Reply received within a day or so, within another couple days Karen personally called to advise replacement will be sent. What a delight in this day & age to have persalised service. Highly reccomend you to all
