Received great service from Steven and the team at Bay of Plenty Heat Pumps. Having a Mitsubishi air conditioning system is the best thing we've ever done in our Tauranga home. Has already paid for itself this summer. Highly recommended.

Terrible company. Installed a Mitsubishi heatpump that immediately started leaking(see photo). Instead of fixing it under warranty he stopped taking my calls. I contacted Mitsubishi and now he isn't taking their calls either. Steer clear, dodgy.
