Amazing service over the phone from Stefan Rowbotham. We searched for ages for a specific sized bearing which seized on our equipment - it was great ADB Group had exactly what we need. Dealing with Stefan on was super easy, he took our order we paid with our credit card, emailed an invoice and organised shipping to our business. It was a pleasure doing business with ABD Group - I recommend these guys.

Really Really poor customer service from this Business!! I stood at the counter while 2 staff members had a conversation about their computer screen, less than 2 meters away. Not once did they acknowledged me coming in the door, say hello or “I’ll be with you in a minute” etc. I stood there waiting for some time, then just walked out the door. They couldn’t even be bothered to follow me out the door and say something to me like, SORRY ABOUT THAT. I then went and did business with pacific Bearings who were great to deal with
