Great customer service!! very genuine always has specials on and normally get included free delivery (which from other places is 100) and also a free mattress protector they know there stuff and have new beds in all the time and you can take the bed back and swap if not satisfied we have brought 2 beds from here in the last 8 months and after shopping around at other stores we keep coming back

Hated the hard sell approach "buy it now and I'll give you X discount". Its a 10 year purchase so a rush is not appreciated. I ended up going somewhere else where I felt less pressure.
