I live in Central Otago, spoke to the customer service man( Alfred) on the phone Monday morning,explained what I need. He talked me into a better solution . So went with it. Delivered at 10 the next morning. Great service guys Regards Bob

Poor Service, Waited over a month for a tow bar to be deliverd, Rang multiple times, Was told another one would be sent... never was. Lost the customer, will not deal with again

Great for selling. Bad for communication after payment.
On two occasions in the same week, I visited the plant in Bolderwood Place, Wiri Auckland. Registering my name as a Customer to query the cost of a nudge and tow bar. On both occasions waiting for 15 minutes or more. With Customer Service on the outside of Reception they tend to have time to talk to each other.
