This burger place is fantastic. They make simple cheese/ double cheese burger with fresh vegetables and their fries are very tasty. I give them 4 stars that because it is still fast food business, their product may be distorted due to time and demand pressure. It may not always be up to standard. You can get real good taste on their product when it is off peak time such as late evening or early morning. Overall, it is good burger restaurant.

Hands down the best fast food burger joint. How a good cheeseburger should be (you gotta go double cheeseburger), perfect thickness patty, juicy and tasty. Don't know why some muppet was complaining about your burger sauce, I rate it. Pickles are good too, nice and sour like they should be. Fried chicken is a winner too. The staff you had on today were on form, everything was cooked perfectly. One complaint, bring a Better Burger to Pukekohe! Hell I'll run it for ya!

Another Fast Food Franchise, but a little different, it's ultra basic on all levels. (1) There are only 4 burgers offered. (2) There are 2 types of Fries, Normal & Epic ( cheese, onion, mustard & sauce) (3) The venue has no interior decoration what so ever, it's minimalist. (4) All seating is bolted to the polished concrete floor and immovable. (5) Booth style / Island seating. (6) Interior is laminated light butt jointed timber that could dbl as flooring if reqd. (7) Burger size is acceptable and is borderline. Fries are excellent but by volume. Milk Shakes, bottled water and all regular soft drinks dispensed by Tap, not by bottle. Service is quick n efficient and upselling is practised here. Sauce/mustard with napkins on each table as std. (8) Burger ordered was their Dbl Cheese 11:00, and it didn't disappoint at all, and came wrapped 50% in a serviette for manageability. Taste and contents were 100% and the construction was NOT a slimy greasy mess. Fries are home cut style with some skin still on and 100% good. Pretty sure from what I saw, this place is Card Only, no Cash. Didn't inspect the toilets. Overall its a great new franchise that keeps it simple. Just not cheap. Would I go back... Yes.

Went in today for a quick lunch—and it was just that. Quick. Rick, took our order and was a great host. The food came out very fast and tasted very fresh. I asked Rick if I can purchase an extra side of their secret sauce... Rick told me it’s already at our table with our food. Highly reccommend this spot if you’re in the area. The burgers are fresh, the fries are cut fresh and the chocolate milkshake was delicious. Thanks for having us team!

When you want no nonsense but just a good cheeseburger, Better Burger is always my go to. This particular joint is great with friendly service and ample seating area with little to no music playing. Just excellent.
