On monday we decided we would go and look for a couch and decided we would pop into Big Save. As soon as we walked in Dean was there to greet us. He knew how to ask all the right questions and wasn't pushy at all. Fantastic customer service Dean, keep up the good work. Look forward to sitting on our new couch.

we ordered and paid for a bed because we thought we were downsizing. Situation change and went to cancel the order. We were advised that it was going to cost 100 (which would be taken of our refund). When queried we were told this was to cover overheads wages ect. is this right????
Went into the Rotorua store looking for a dining table and chairs. We found a table that we liked but we did not like the chairs that came with the dining set, and Dean was able to accommodate and find us chairs that matched at a great price! The whole thing came in the same as the set would have been but with chairs we loved. Thanks to Dean and the team for awesome, friendly service! Will definitely be back for our next furniture purchase.
