I've been doing PT's with Shannon for a few months now. I've found her knowledge in the gym to be incredible. If I don't like a particular exercise, she gets me doing a different exercise working the same muscles... a few weeks later she gets me back doing the exercise that I believed I didn't like and I end up being able to do it comfortably. Working with Shannon is great because she gets 100% effort out of me every session. Even on the days that I am feeling blaaah. She also does a great job correcting any poor form as I start to get tired. I'm am so much stronger now!

Great value, comprehensive equipment, wonderful staff. Blaze and has a real good feel and great people working there. Very down-to-earth vibe. You have 24 hour access to the gym - everything is clean and good to go.
