This company went above and beyond expectations. When I ordered a Pen Kit secondhand off of eBay that was missing the PH pen cap, they sent me a replacement cap and storage solution free of charge, no questions asked! I HIGHLY recommend Bluelab for all of your horticulture needs!

Parts replacement is nearly impossible due to supply shortages in Stirling heights, MI, U.S.. Pro controller and pH controller pH probes show different readings, both replaced/calibrated same day. Variance is .2, I have no choice but to essentially split the difference and assume I'm in the middle.. 3.5 's.
