Situated next to main gate of Bluff Seaport. A seafarers centre where one can relax and use free wifi . A pool table if you want to play with your buddies. Free service from Ship to centre. It's unmanned but works perfectly. If crowd is more wifi may not work. So better daytime as crowd is few. Mari time museum situated nearby

First time to visit a seaman's centre and I can't compare it to others. Have free wifi and you can play billiards.
