Great helpful advice. Got my friend flowers and gifts after operation in hospital. One very happy friend. Good price. Will definitely be back and happy to recommend. Upstairs in the mall behind H&M. Also was able to take my dog in. Cheers

We have used these guys before and were happy, so used them again. Unfortunately, they have dropped the ball this time around and do not seem interested in resolving the issue. I bought my mum a plant for Mother’s Day (100). They delivered her the wrong type of plant and this was half-dead. I sent photos of the half-dead plant and they admitted that a mistake had been made and offered to swap it over. This never happened, and they tell me the plant was dropped off... They then sent me a message saying that a refund is on its way and flowers will be dropped off to make up for their mistake. Over a week later, no refund and no flowers or replacement plant. There has been several messages, but unfortunately, they have now stopped replying my messages. Very disappointed at the service we have received here and their lack of effort to resolve the issue.

I received a floral arrangement from your business last Friday, a thoughtful gift for Mothers' Day from a close family friend. While the loving intentions behind this gesture could never be in doubt or diminished, I was appalled at what you sent. It was the most awful excuse for a floral bouquet I have ever seen!! I am glad the sender will never have to know.There was one lonely red flower amongst about 4 different kinds of greenery and some berries on stalks.
