I was in good hands with Marcia. She was really good and very professional. I am amazed how sugaring works because it is not as painful as hot wax does. Skin doesn’t look red post-wax session. She also accommodated me even if I was a wee bit early for my appointment. IMO, I opt to do sugaring and won’t look back. Thanks heaps!

Well, The place inside is nice. It is on the second floor. The procedure was fast and tolerable. Mind that the parking is 3.60 per hour. In case you need the toilets are outside. As for the service.. Firstly this is definitely NOT how sugaring is done. I suggest the owner should google “how to do sugaring correctly” and improve her technique or stop misleading the clients. Secondly I slipped twice on the floor. It Seems smth was spilt over but the owner didn’t care much about thorough wiping. Also the price with the discount was incorrect comparing to the fees on the web page.

Love this place to bits! Right in the heart of our beautiful Christchurch, very handy location - the Boxed Quarter has a super cool vibe! I've been a regular client for 2 years now, and getting my nails done the "brazilian way" is my weekly therapy. Also love the sugar wax, and won't go back to the hot wax after trying this amazing natural alternative - hair takes longer to grow back and becomes finer after a few sessions. Super reccomend this place!
