Unfortunately we have been in to the store a few times and we have found the staff nice enough but they miss potential sales while we are in the store. We wanted a definite product but because, at this stage, the store is so small staff are always having to order in. However they send you away to go to their website to get the product yourself, but we always end up having to go back into the store to get the order through them because the website says to. It's a big waste of our time, especially when we have a small business attached to our lifestyle and are extremely busy people. We can't wait to see the much larger store here in Whanganui...just a matter of a few weeks before they start we've heard.

Staff were very helpful but the sortiment is not large. They have all the obvious things but if you are after something more "specific" or a larger selection you may struggle. Maybe next time.

Very helpful staff who know their stuff and importantly know where stuff is, intimate workshop atmosphere a definite plus. Their in-house brands are good quality and really priced for budget conscious people. I know I get great bang for my buck there.

I purchased two small tins of "White Knight" paint for small jobs. When used it need 4 coats to get a decent coverage. The first coat was transparent the next less so until the forth coat when decent coverage happened. This product is rubbish and wouldn't recommend anyone purchase it. Buy anything but White Knight.
