Our stay at Byron's Resort was for five days. The office was unattended upon arrival. My family and I were waiting 20 minutes before a guest staying there approached us, so we checked ourselves in. There was very little lighting in the unit we stayed at, either broken or needed new light bulbs. House keeping was unsatisfactory. No cleaning done whatsoever, and we only received fresh towels and toilet.paper once throughout our stay. The only thing we did like was the pool right outside our unit. But having said that, we were not happy with the services and decided to check out a day early. My family and I will not be staying here again.

No one at reception to meet us. Very basic in the unit. No dining suite outside our unit. Pool is great.
Food was good. One of the waitresses was lovely. One was rude.
This is a very expensive place to eat. Friendly staff, nice ambiance. The food is excellent.
