Excellent service, friendly and helpful. Welded the crack while we rode to the Lake and back on our bikes. The filled crack, unfortunately has started to move slightly, it may be still a live crack, luckily it's on the passenger side.

Speedy and quick service plus they give you a little sheet on the type of windscreen repair you got and what type of damage was repaired and a surprise on the front seat. Small bag of jet plane lollies. Which dont melt in the sun! Perfect!

Like another reviewer, after multiple unsatisfactory experiences with Novus and Smith and Smith the service provided by Cambridge Windscreens was excellent. It was quick and easy to arrange to have a stone chip on my windscreen repaired and the repair was carried out smoothly and effectively. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have experienced almost 50 years of customer service worldwide and truthfully these guys are AAA ...sincerely - look no further. (I have used Novus who damaged our car and refused to fix it..yes...and Smiths Glass recently... frankly both was utterly appalling service!) Cambridge Windscreens rock! Nice n friendly, very good communication even when a windscreen arrived with a blemish they were not happy with a poor quality finish so we waited, they loaned us the courtesy vehicle until completed with no scary bonds or 300.00 excess for possible damage to their loan cars like Toyota and Holden in NZ do (which sux) and did not ask us to pay for fuel although we did anyway and refilled the loan car. Stick with the small man or woman in the business world is the message and go local to Cambridge windscreens, they are totally old school and awesome! Keep up the good work guys say no to Novus even if your Insurance company try to push it.
