Absolutely 100% amazing service at Spark Cambridge today. I went into the store, & was greeted by Chloe, who within the space of my lunch break, had sorted & set me up with new mobile & broadband plans for my whole family. And so far the change over has been as easy as she said it would be! Thanks Chloe, your customer service was outstanding. Making everything super easy for this new customer.

I was after a new phone. After a few relevant questions I had decided on a phone. Attendant was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Put me at ease. Spoke about security and safety for phone. I left it with him to transfer everything from old phone. Picked up later that day, in and out within 10 minutes. Awesome experience.

Due to better coverage I decided to move back to my previous phone company who gave me my mobile number which I moved with me when I joined Spark. I was sent a sim card and yesterday my phone stopped working. I have been informed that Spark has taken my phone number off me without any consultation. I've also been told I may not get it back which is atrocious service. Phone numbers can be quite personal so I think customers should have a right to be informed. I want my damn number back SPARK!

I understand the need to follow the rules during covid level 2 but locking the door during alert level 2 and only letting 1 person in at a time is a piss take. We are grown ups and can keep our distance.. the line on the street to get in actually forced people closer together than shopping in store.

I have just been to Spark Cambridge for the second time over my account. We have 2 phones. Pay for interest free and 1 free. Supposedly. As my partner has recently had a stroke and is suffering from dementia she no longer uses her phone. I now have to give up work to care for her so to save money I canceled her phone. Instead of being cheaper my bills for the last 2 months have gone up to over 300. Per month this includes internet. I now find that because I canceled my partners phone I'm paying for both. This was never explained to me when I went in to cancel it. If they had I wouldn't have done it as now I have 1 phone and paying even more. The attitude of the female staff members who served me also leave a lot to be desired. Very flippant and smart. Therefore I intend changing providers and refuse to pay this account until Spark sort it out. You should be able to rate No stars...

In the 6 years I have used this store, service has always been atrociously slow. Staff see you waiting and ignore you. Tried to pay my bill this morning and stood outside for 5 minutes before either of the 2 staff members inside with 1 customer decided to open the door. I appreciate Covid restrictions are necessary but this attitude to service is poor
