I could not believe how rude one of the nurses was. My wife is pregnant and this was her second round of blood tests, it was quite busy and close to home time on a Friday however, no excuse for the attitude encountered. Absolutely terrible.

Wait time today was shorter than the time I was advised (30-45). Staff were friendly. The blood test was super fast.

Had to wait an hour for a blood test this time. Last time I went the nurse did not use a tourniquet or get me to make a fist, she just stabbed the needle in without prepari g the cein and didn't even tell me shewas about to do it! It was the most painful blood test I've ever had.

GP gave me a blood form for monthly blood test, and the phlebotomist said they will keep my form on file and just tell them that I'm a serial patient when I return. When I returned for my blood test the next month, they told me that they couldn't find my form and that I needed to go back to my GP for another blood form before I can get my blood test. Very poor system!

Very friendly staff, makes being jabbed by neddles not so bad! Been here quite a few times now, won't go any where else.
