Took an elderly neighbour for a blood test today. It was very cold out and she was fortunate enough to get there at a quieter time. The lady on the door checking the people coming in and sanitising their hands was just so lovely. My neighbour was in for a while so I sat in the car. This lady waved out for me to let me know my neighbour was ready to come out so I could take her arm to go back to the car. She also had people going back and sitting in their cars till their turn came which meant they were not all freezing cold waiting outside. She looked so cold herself. Thank you for caring. Wish I knew your name.
