Have just had a commercial space tiled by Chris and his team, very disapointing finish with a requirement to replace and re-lay 17% of the tiles laid. Will not be using again or recommend to others. Chris showed little empathy and was looking to me to create reasonable solution, our solution is: do the job right the first time and get someone else to fix it. Disapointing!!!
