Thank you for providing vet care for my 2 cats when they became unwell during the Alert Levels. It was a relief to know your service was available at this time to take care of their needs. I love my 3 cats and their health and wellbeing is important to me, so having CareVets as their vet care provider is peace of mind for me. Absolutely deserve 5 stars.

All staff, especially Ivan are very caring and knowledgeable. Have taken great care of my dogs. Groomers also good.

The vet was absolutely fantastic. He had a lot of paperwork to do for me. He was very thorough and I had no problems exporting and importing my dogs. The reason for the 3 stars is because the phone receptionist at the vets was worse than useless. She knew what I was booking my appointments for and she made the appointments too early. Animals must be vet checked 5 days or less before they go overseas. My booking was 6 days before departure. And then I had to do the appointment and paperwork all over again the day before we all flew out. I had asked her the cost which she quoted at around 380.00. Her quote was for 1 animal and she knew that I was booking for 2 dogs. So I had another surprise when I got their bill. Sheesh she was bad news. All other staff were fantastic and I thank you all very, very much, especially the vet......he was great!
