The best you can get from UOA since it's erected back in 2014, one of the best experience as the overseas student there.

My family and I checked into Carlaw for 2 nights. Nestled within University of Auckland. Utilitarian with basic cooking utensils provided. Basic accommodation with springy beds. Not easy to move luggage into apartment as there were many doors with security tags needed to access. Parking is super expensive. Would have considered a 'proper' accommodation if I had known earlier.
