Dale stretched the Berber carper in our master bedroom and walk-in closet, which took 1.5 hrs. He was punctual for the appointment and meticulous in his work. Unfortunately, a couple of bumps in our carpets came back in subsequent months. Without question, Dale really came back and spent another 1.5 hrs making sure everything was perfect. We really appreciated his efforts and will be using his services for cleaning our air ducts for the first time later this month. We will update our review thereafter to include feedback on that service as well.

Carpet Repairs Auckland Steam 'n' Dry is Awesome! They do a really thorough job of cleaning your carpets, removing spots and they don't use harsh chemicals that are unsafe for children or pets. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Excellent service!

Steam n Dry was outstanding! I was in a bit of a rush and left myself with just 3 days to get my carpet cleaned before moving out. I called around 10 different companies, This company had the best response to my needs (I was ok the 3rd floor of an apartment building) and had the best price by far. Not only did they show flexibility other companies did not, they were enjoyable to work with. Dale was awesome, cleaned my carpet thoroughly and was a nice and cool guy. If I need carpets cleaned again I know who I'm calling!
