Fantastic people to deal with. I ordered a lens online and Matt phoned me to check that it was going to fit my camera... I had made a mistake and it wasn't going to fit, so he offered an immediate refund or he could help me find another lens. I am very grateful for such incredible service and a wealth of knowledge. I can't recommend going there for a passport photo. You have your passport for years and would like a decent pic of yourself. This guy stuffs your photos in an envelope and charges 25 before you see them. Totally lacked customer care and personality.

2 weeks ago I bought some filters for my macro lens to fit, the guy set it up for me by changing the settings to manual focus....I've now taken the macro lens off and it will not go back to auto focus, I've tried all different settings and now my camera won't turn on at all. Disappointed.

Amazing people, they take the best passport photos and I was in a rush to get my three day passport. They had a flood recently and the lady let me in regardless and took the photo. Wonderful people!
