Nice place for everyone specialy branded things on good discounted rates as well love this place for quality of products on good rates. The makeup products i have used is from farmers and that lip colour too from maybelline. Loved them both

Initially went to Michael Hill, never again, went to Farmers and the staff member I dealt with was fantastic, polite, not pushy, and knowledgeable. So thank you, very pleasant experience. Wifey will be very happy.

Plenty of options, just don't go anywhere near the menswear department, the service there is horrible, but the rest of the store is great

My only issue is and the reason why I only gave 4 stars. (I can only buy some makeup products online only eg; Revolution makeup and Nyx they don't provide testers for their concealer and foundation products in the Rotorua store. Which will save money on buying the wrong shades.) Update: They have testers now. I'm grateful for that. My rating stays at 4 's because the customer service still needs work.

Its nice. I know she was doing her job but honestly one of the ladys kept on us like we were thevies. I even engaged in conversation to try and ease the obvious im watching you stare. Wont be returning. Rude.
