I had the most lovely service from Kendal today. I noted that she was serving quite a few ladies at once and taking calls too. Everything that came out of her mouth was something to be really proud of. So patient, kind, and just all round sweet. Nothing was too much trouble and she handled the rush with ease and grace. I came into the shop after seeing a dress online to see if it was in the shop. Unfortunately it wasn't but I was told no problem with ordering it in. I was unsure of the size I'd need. The sales woman suggested a size and reasurred me that if it didnt fit I did not have to ho ahead with the sale. I picked the dress up today and it's perfect. No alterations needed.
