If you ever need a prescription from here, don't bother. I'd rather pay somewhere else to get them. Waiting times are appalling. They only beep you once and when you have to walk all the way from the front of the store to pick up the prescription, no one is there to serve. After waiting for a further 10 minutes the lady has the audacity to tell me to wait even further to which then she disappears to god knows where. Train your staff properly on customer service or hire people that can do the job professionally. On another note, the other part of the store is excellent. The one star is only for the medical prescriptions area.

Small store, sunscreen was more expensive than at the warehouse. Check outs were busy,only around 5 and did not seem to flow that well

Great friendly staff. Their prescriptions team helped me sort out prescription problem for my Grandma. Their text notifications for prescriptions is really helpful! You guys are doing an amazing job despite the pressure and some crazy customers. Thank you for your hard work as an essential service! Stay calm and stay safe guys.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! If you are on deaths bed & need a prescription, you'll die! Waiting times are absolutely ridiculous. Every department besides the Medical, is fine. Don't bother getting your prescriptions here, your better off at your local chemist.

Love the awesome range of well-priced pharmacy and chemist related products (and some typical supermarket items too) - health, medicinal, therapeutic and 'fashionable' items. When I'd purchased size 11 Zori jandals/orthotics support and discovered the foot-fit was wrong for the shape/size getting an upsize was no problem (clean, unused, tags on and receipt evidence). But the size 12 ZORI ORTHOTIC JANDALS failed five days later. The foot-holder separated from the base as the stitching let go at the foot cover, between the toes. THE MANAGER REFUSED A SWAP (no REFUND requested) - and walked off in a huff. He seemed unaware of the store's stated refund policy AND his obligations UNDER THE CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT. Fortunately I was able to liaise with another team member - time, energy and hassle though !!! but I was pleased to walk out with a replacement pair of jandals.
