I have used this firm since our previous chimney sweep retired through ill health. I find them very obliging to deal with and they turn up to do the job when they have said they'll be there. Highly recommended.
Excellent company, exceptional service highly recommend them! Clear and honest, when I made an appointment, they did say they could run a bit late (but they arrived early). Explained the whole process of the clean to me, what my particular fireplace needed, how the clean would proceed. Showed me what to do if I wanted to clean it myself. I was considering this but have decided against it for insurance purposes but also because, more importantly, he was very thorough in asking questions about why I thought the chimney needed sweeping, was it smokey when I made a fire. Felt very reassured about the safety of my fireplace when he finished. He also showed me a picture of the chimney (it didn't really need cleaning) and I was very grateful for his honesty. Thanks guys you are awesome. Will call you again next autumn/winter.
