9th of Jan, 2021 was the first visit from Chorus. I did not like their service so I raised it with the service provider (Skinny). Skinny has been back and forth 20 plus time via email during this time. But not once had there been an attempt from Chorus authorities to cross check on the complaint lodged. I am not sure what the process is at Chorus to resolve complaints, is there a team or follow up session or there is no such thing called conflict resolution in your CS. It's been a month exactly and I am still waiting.

This outfit is by far the worst directed/managed outfit that I ever had dealings with; it is an embarrassing GLOBAL IMAGE for the world to witness. Here in New Zealand a CEO with an Arts and a Law degree awarded by Sydney University. Technicians unable to speak English; inventory control a sham ... how many FREE modems do you need?
