Over several purchases his reports have saved me more than they’ve cost me due to finding faults that have enabled negotiations to drop the price and pull out of a deal that had a multitude of issues. Quality work. The inspector was very punctual and knowledgeable in his work, didn't mind explaining bits as he went through, performed the inspection very quickly but thoroughly. Turn around on the report was very quick also. The report was clear and concise, made it obvious what parts of the house needed work and why, and what level of importance each issue was. Good use of the many photos taken made the problem areas easy to identify and helped explain why they were problems.
We had a building report completed by Graeme through AA House Checks. Graeme's communication throughout the process was fantastic. The report was completed to an excellent standard and clearly identified issues with the property along with advice on how they should be corrected and suitable time frames for when they should be done. The whole process was very efficient from our initial contact with administration through to receiving the final report. I highly recommend AA House checks for anyone after a building inspection.
