Don’t go to this place they’re unprofessional. I had a booking for wheel balancing and alignment due to some problem I wasn’t able to go but I called the shop to reschedule the appointment and they told me to come on Monday. Literally that guy was playing around with me when I reach there he just refused to do the work. I really don’t remember his name. When I reached there he just said not to do the work. Worst thing was suddenly he started saying some racist comments on me. Definitely i was upset but but I literally laughed on their childish behaviour haven’t seen such kind of unprofessional people. Thank you

That tyre was not correct size. Staff talks very rudely. Next time I will never come here. I'm very tiered of that staff attitude.

Easy service during the lockdown. Booked on the web and sorted the next morning. Reasonable prices for puncture repair.

The staff were so friendly and helpful they explained exactly what needed to be done even showed me why. It was stress free and actually kind of relaxing I had some hot chocolate watched some TV and it was all done in 20 minutes. They even pulled the car around to the door because it was raining. I will definitely be going there for any repairs there again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone .

My daughter thought they needed a new tyre for the flat rental car tyre. They took it to these guys who looked at it without an appointment and said the tyre just needed a repair. They repaired it on the spot and DID NOT CHARGE MY DAUGHTER FOR IT because they were on holiday and they said it was no trouble and they didn't want it to spoil my daughter's holiday! Absolutely amazing gesture from these wonderful people at Beaurepaires in Christchurch - I give you 100 plus plus plus! Thank you :) !
