Go every week to bank using the ATM's. They have been down a couple of times. Its in a convenient place and parking close by.
I committed fraud because my wife holds onto my Visa...that her account. Didn't even care to keep me as a customer. Gabrielle is a horrible teller. Went from how can I help to you're commiting fraud in 10s. She said she has every right to close down that account and I hope she does because my wife has every right to spend and hold onto the card with her money. Just waive my mortgage break fee off so I can leave the bank... Bnz is so bad.
After forgetting my card I went to Barrington Branch to get cash out with my license as ID. Two kids in tow and still no speedy help. Not family friendly at all. Teller was not impressed and rude, no smiles or helpful advise. Just snappy and trying not to help. We are leaving BNZ because of repeated bad customer service experiences. Go to Kiwibank, super helpful and friendly.
Like the other reviewer. I also got there at 430 and they were closed. Hope they edit the website to the correct time which is 4pm
It would be better if the bank was actually open until 5pm like the website said... I got there at 4:35pm to find it closed.
