He is a great communicator and kept us informed and up to date on what was happening with the sale of property. His friendly and engaging manner is appreciated and makes him very easy to deal with. All the properties he has sold for me including the most recent have sold quite promptly and this is because Graham has amazing follow through with interested clients and always makes you feel like you are a priority, despite his busy workload. I cannot speak highly enough of Graeme Kerr who was very professional when selling my mother's home. My story behind the sale. Graeme sold my mother her home 10 years ago.Over the years he had stayed in touch and checked in regularly building trust and a friendship. So when my mother passed away in 2020 I engaged Brazier again to sell my mother home. Graeme treated me as he would like to be treated. Explained the process with diligence.Giving me regular updates. The whole experience was a nightmare. I moved in when it was with a I dependant landlord. Then braziers took over was tricked into signing an agreement that I hadn't been given a whole copy of to pay rent for whole house. It turned out I got ripped off other tenant didn't pay rent braziers made it worse by not allowing me to pay rent separately. So this other guy gets away with hundreds of rent not paid then we get evicted. I only lived there four months when I had 3 days to MOVE and find a place to live!! NO compassion. NO fairness. NEVER rent with this company they don't give a fk about people. Just PROFIT. I was taken to court for someone else's theft and they're still trying these are the worst rental agency I've ever experienced. I will WARN others
