Bad experience. Ordered and paid for a carton of salads as required with on-line system. Even followed up with phone calls. Salads did not arrive when planned, spent an hour trying to find salad in Nelson, finally found carton of salads sitting in Blenheim (meant to be in Nelson). While I accept things "happen" if I had not made phone calls then I would not have got my salads for a big event! I felt let down with the lack of concern or any acceptance of the problem, and certainly no apology. Would I recommend Bush Road? Great salads, but lack of accountability for delivery process led to very poor experience.
