Very unhappy about my experience here. The person who arrived 10 minutes after me was seen first. What's the point of an electronic wait system if it doesn't even work? The room was very hot and when I asked for some water from the nurse, she told me there were a lot of people to see and that she'd get me some water after my blood test, ignoring the fact I was starting to feel sick, yet just before she drew my blood she turned around and filled a cup up for me, minutes after she said I had to wait for water. The nurse was very condescending, and calling me "love" at the end of every sentence. I went to turn my body so my arm was to my side, like every single time I've ever had a blood test or donation, and she asked if I'd ever had a blood test because I obviously didn't know what I was doing. ".. Love." She got me to hold pressure on the site for 2 seconds before putting a band-aid on it, I made it two steps out the door before my arm started bleeding down to my wrist. I turned around to get something to clean it up, yet no one was around to help. I waited a few minutes before just asking the reception out the front for some tissues and leaving. Terrible experience. Go anywhere but here.
