After being asked to do a survey on how tower insurance did on my recent claim, when they phoned i said i could not right now, my husband had been taken to hospital, and three days later, i got a courier package, with a very fancy box of lovely gift wrapped chocolates, with a lovely card, with kind words from Tower, beautiful chocolates, great packaging and couriered Well done, did not know you existed, thanks for your card, i work at a big company and we send care packages all the time, this would be great just another option as men not into flowers, so this is great, will keep your card and will be in contact thanks again, well done, Wendy and John Burns
