Usually I come here for the dinner menu! But this time we popped in for breakie in the sun. Nice outdoor area! Good service and great eggs! Love the presentation of our food. They make a good long black too.

Went here for a team lunch with colleagues and had a good overall experience. All of us enjoyed the meal. There were quite a few vegetarian options in the menu. The ambience within the restaurant was very good and it was well complemented by friendly staff. There were some car parking slots behind this restaurant, so parking wasn't an issue here.
We went there in the evening and had the mussels, calamari as a starter and fish main which were all delicious and decent size servings. Completely converted my boyfriend who hates seafood! The atmosphere is so relaxing, it doesn't even feel like you're in Christchurch. Service was top notch, our server was an absolute pro and moved us under a heater when it got cold. We've been to a lot of restaurants around Christchurch and this was the winner.
Arrived with no reservation on Sunday at 12.45pm. "We will provide you with table at 1pm, and that's when we will take your order." Plenty of empty tables around. 1pm we find find ourselves a table. No one comes to attend our table. 1.20pm we stand up and leave. Young kids hired as waiting as waiting staff. May be good for regulars, who are used to this kind of service.
Love this lovely place. Full of personality and tranquil atmosphere. Exquisite food.
Good healthy kids options, the kids salmon and rice was bland, needed at least a soy sauce or some extra flavour to it. My little one loves salmon sushi, but didn't like this. I tried the vegetarian thai curry, a little to creamy for my liking, needed more spice, but still tasty. Good size portion mains. Lovely setting with great outdoor area. Would visit again. The fish and chips looked like the most popular main.
Had a meal here, booked a table 2 weeks in advance and was crammed into a 4 person table with 6 people. Good service from the waitress who was very friendly and accommodating. Food was nice but in the end is just very overpriced fish and chips, had a side of vegetables which was charged as an extra, which comprised of 4 very overcooked beans and 2 pieces of broccoli. The night was ruined by the most rude, stuck up manager who needs to go on a customer service course...
Delicious food, lovely setting. Great to have a restaurant focus on vegetarian and fish options in such a creative way.
