I had booked a test ride with ease on their website. When I was entered Electrify for test ride, Taylor was more than happy to go above and beyond and provide me with a overall cost with all the bells and whistles that I required. He taught me how to change the back tyre and answered all my questions with great knowledge. These guys have exceptional service and cannot give them a higher rating! You're doing great!

We brought 2 E-bikes and a bike rack suitable to carry the E-bikes, for the car. From the moment we stepped into the store we felt confident that we were in good hands and we did look at bikes in several other bike shops, before heading back to Electrify. We were able to test drive the bikes for 24 hours and then the team at Electrify were there to answer all our questions with patience and warmth. I adore my bike and love that it’s is going to give me the freedom to explore areas that are off the beaten track. If you are thinking about an e-bike then I would definitely recommend that you talk to the fantastic team at Electrify.

What an amazing experience. I appreciated how straight up and honest the staff are. They don't try to push you into anything and give really good balanced advice. They are clearly passionate about ebikes. They went above and beyond for me for the bike i ordered and got it for me a month earlier then expected. The whole process is very smooth and i liked how modern their back end systems are. Following my test bike that i booked online i never had to give my details and contact info ever again. From test drive to purchasing and even booking services.

What a brilliant experience from Matty and Will in the Christchurch branch. Even though we were a couple of lothesome Aucklanders and would never be able to buy from them direct they devoted well over an hour and a test demo over two days to give us a very useful guide to our new two wheeled hobby.
